Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented SEO Manager to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and managing all aspects of SEO performance.
This role requires strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, link building, analytics, and team collaboration. The SEO Manager will work closely with content, web development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Create short-term and long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with client and business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning.
- Manage SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts and industries.
Technical SEO
- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Monitor website indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and mobile performance.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website health.
- Ensure websites follow current search engine guidelines and best practices.
On-Page & Content SEO
- Oversee keyword research, content planning, and content optimization strategies.
- Guide content teams in creating SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Optimize metadata, internal linking structures, URL architecture, and on-page elements.
- Align content strategies with search intent and user experience.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Identify backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives.
- Monitor backlink profiles and maintain link quality standards.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

- Track and analyze key SEO metrics including:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly SEO performance reports.
- Present insights, recommendations, and growth strategies to internal teams and clients.
Team Collaboration & Management
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and performance marketers.
- Mentor and guide SEO Executives and Interns.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Support integrated digital marketing campaigns through SEO insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 4–7+ years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving measurable traffic growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for multiple brands or clients.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website development fundamentals.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing strategies.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
