Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and digitally aware Content Writer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate understands social media culture, storytelling, audience psychology, and platform-specific content creation.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms, developing campaign ideas, crafting compelling brand narratives, and turning insights into content that captures attention and drives engagement.

This role requires someone who can blend creativity with strategy while staying ahead of evolving social media trends and internet culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Write engaging and high-performing content for:

  • Instagram posts, reels, and captions
  • YouTube videos, Shorts, and scripts
  • LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content
  • Brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Ad copies for digital advertising
  • Website content, landing pages, and blogs
  • Marketing and promotional communication

Content Strategy & Ideation:

  • Research industry trends, viral formats, audience behavior, and content opportunities.
  • Develop creative content concepts, campaign ideas, and storytelling approaches.
  • Create compelling hooks, captions, and content frameworks designed to maximize engagement.
  • Adapt tone, voice, and messaging across different brands, industries, and target audiences.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, video editors, social media managers, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to content planning, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with:

  • Social media trends
  • Internet and meme culture
  • Platform algorithm changes
  • Emerging content formats
  • Influencer and creator trends

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of content creation across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to write engaging, audience-focused, and non-generic content.
  • Strong research and creative thinking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency, social media agency, or content-focused role.
  • Knowledge of content strategy and audience engagement techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO and website content writing.
  • Experience writing scripts for reels, YouTube videos, and branded content.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
