This Privacy Policy explains how tsh.media (“tsh.media”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a brand of SBB INFOTECH, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data. It applies when you visit https://tsh.media, contact us, or use our digital marketing services. tsh.media is a digital marketing agency in India, headquartered in Andheri West, Mumbai.

We process personal data in line with the following laws, to the extent each applies:

  • the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025
  • the Information Technology Act, 2000

1. Who We Are

tsh.media is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency serving businesses across India. Our services include SEO services, social media marketing, PPC and performance marketing, website design and development, branding, content marketing and video production. Under the DPDP Act, tsh.media acts as the “Data Fiduciary” for personal data collected through this website.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Information you give us: When you fill in a contact form, request a proposal, call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or apply for a job, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • your company name, job title and website URL
  • your budget and project details
  • for job applications, your CV and any related documents you send

Client account information: To deliver services, clients may give us access to accounts such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media profiles, a website CMS or hosting. We use this access only to carry out the agreed project.

Information collected automatically: When you browse our website, we may collect:

  • your IP address, device type, browser and operating system
  • the pages you visit and the website that referred you
  • your approximate location
  • information gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

Information from third parties: We may receive your details from lead forms on Google, Meta or LinkedIn, from business directories, or from referral partners.

We do not ask for sensitive financial information such as card numbers or banking passwords through our website. Payments are processed by banks and authorised payment gateways under their own security standards.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

tsh.media uses your personal data only for specific, lawful purposes:

  • to respond to your enquiries, prepare proposals and schedule consultations

  • to raise invoices, collect payments and meet GST and other tax obligations
  • to send service updates, and, with your consent, newsletters and marketing messages (you can unsubscribe at any time)

  • to prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and comply with legal obligations

4. Consent and Lawful Basis

We process your personal data based on your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act. These include data you have voluntarily shared for a specific purpose and processing needed to comply with the law.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@tsh.media. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it was. It will not affect processing that took place before you withdrew. It may, however, stop us from continuing some services.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure advertising performance. These may include:

7. Transfers Outside India

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside India. Under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, we transfer personal data outside India only to countries the Government of India has not restricted. We also take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry and lead data is kept for up to [24] months. Client contracts, invoices and financial records are kept for the periods required under the Companies Act, 2013 and GST laws. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. How We Protect Your Data

tsh.media uses reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

  • SSL/HTTPS encryption across the website
  • role-based access controls and two-factor authentication on business accounts
  • giving staff access only to the data their work requires
  • confidentiality agreements with our team and vendors

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by applicable law.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data
  • withdraw your consent at any time
  • have your grievances addressed by us
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other websites, such as social media platforms and client websites. tsh.media is not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies.
