Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the agency’s growth. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, outreach, and research
- Pitch digital marketing and creative services to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized pitches
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a digital marketing/agency setup)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, performance marketing, branding, content)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus
